Let's be honest, shall we. We don't want to sell you something you are going to return and no one wants to buy someone else's used goods for full price. When something has been returned, we advertise it as such and it is discounted so you know exactly what you are getting. We also don't want used/returned goods ending up in a landfill because sometimes no matter how much something has been discounted, no one will buy it unless it is brand new.
Well to that end, we ask if you are not sure about something, please ask questions on that product, please call or contact us and ask. We understand there is a lot or product out there and will be more than happy to discuss how you are going t use the item and make sure you are looking at the correct product before you even make a purchase.
All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee of the original purchase price for that item. The refund will be issued using the original form of payment. See Below.
You may return most items within 15 days of order delivery date for a refund, a restocking fee of 25% of original purchase price will be deducted from your refund amount along with the shipping charges on the original purchase.
After 15 days up to 30 days from order delivery date, items can be exchanged for items of equal or greater value, less restocking fee and shipping charges/or expenses.
All returned items must be in "like new" condition complete with all packaging and accessories in the same condition. Please note if an item is returned in an unsellable state, a refund will not be authorized and the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchasers expense. If the purchaser chooses not to pay for the return shipping cost at that time, the item will be held for a minimum 30 days, in which time the purchaser can decide on what they would like done and if we are not within those 30 days by the purchaser, then the item will be considered abandoned by the purchaser and no claim thereafter can be made for the return of the item and then the item is disposed of properly.
Exceptions to Returns
Non-Refundable/Exchangeable Items - Certain products, for sanitary reasons, are not refundable, they include the following; personal products such as Bluetooth Headsets, Ear-in Buds (for audio or mobile devices) Headphones, LED Earrings, Lapel Microphones, Headset Microphones worn against the face and Bluetooth Hats are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective, and then in that case only a replacement can be made for that same item or similar item (chosen at our discretion).
Special Ordered Items, Showroom Displays, Demos, Clearance, Open Box, One of a Kind, Installed Items, Antennas and Fog/Haze/Bubble/Snow Machines (once used) are final sale. Product returned in its original, sealed manufacturing blister packaging will not be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Consumable items (fog/haze/bubble/snow fluids, batteries, etc.) that have been opened are final sale and not refundable or exchangeable.
All delivery and /or shipping charges and third party fees are non-refundable, and will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges incurred by us during any free shipping promotions and/or offers will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us first - ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AN RMA NUMBER - with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Any items that are returned without authorization may be rejected at the sellers discretion.
You didn't order the right item, need a bigger speaker - it happens, now what? You have 15 days from the date of delivery to exchange your items. The same rules apply for returns as they do for exchanges, the items should be returned in "like new" condition with all packaging and accessories and are subject to the same 25% restocking fee, as the item will now have to be sold at a discount as it is no longer new. The original shipping charges are not included in the exchange value and all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Damages or Defects to the product need to be reported to Expert Island within 48 hours of receipt of the package. Any report of damages after 48 hours and the product will fall under the manufacturer warranty for service and/or repair.
Please take the time when you receive your order, to open and inspect and test the product. Please make sure to open the packaging with care and consideration, as if there is an issue with the product, we will need the product returned in its original packaging and shipping box. Damages to the product or packaging may result in fees for the replacement items or refusal by the manufacturer to process the claim.
